TFI uses a 'single sign-on' for the TFI network (your PC), Citrix/P21, and this HelpDesk.  Your user ID is typically your first initial and last name (example - msmith for Mike Smith), and your password was assigned to you and/or has been changed by you.  If you cannot figure out your password, open a new support ticket and ask that your password be reset.  Remember, however, that when your password is reset, you'll need to make that change on any devices that 'remembers' your password.  Thanks!
